This role is responsible for performing high-quality structural and non-structural repairs following OEM procedures and Minuteman standards. Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate teardown, repairs, and reassembly
• Complete unibody, structural, and frame repairs using proper measuring systems
• Repair/replace panels and components; perform welding, metal finishing, and cosmetic repairs
• Communicate additional damage or repair needs to the estimator/production team
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Support workflow efficiency and collaborate with painters, estimators, and teammates What You Bring
• 2+ years collision repair experience (structural preferred)
• Proficiency with welding, structural repairs, and body repair tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented shop
• I-CAR certifications or willingness to train (shop-supported)
