Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicles and panels for paint
- Sand, feather-edge, mask, and clean surfaces
- Prime and block panels as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work closely with painters to ensure top-quality finishes
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
Qualifications:
- Collision repair or automotive paint prep experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality
