The Opportunity This is collision work, start to finish. We're hiring a versatile technician who can take a crashed vehicle and make it whole again — structural and cosmetic body repair, plus the mechanical, suspension, and A/C damage that comes with a hard hit. If you'd rather own the entire repair than hand the car down the line, you'll have all the work you can handle and the earning potential to match. What You'll Do Perform structural and cosmetic collision repairs — panel replacement, straightening, mechanical, suspension, and reassembly of vehicles Repair collision-related mechanical damage to get vehicles road-ready again Diagnose and repair impact damage to suspension and steering components Follow OEM repair procedures to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition Deliver quality, efficient repairs across all makes and models What We're Looking For Proven experience as a collision/body technician who can also handle the mechanical, suspension, and A/C repairs a wrecked car needs Ability to take a repair from teardown to completion with minimal supervision Own tools and a strong work ethic Attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship Valid driver's license ASE and/or I-CAR certification a plus (not required for the right person)
