Job Description
Deans Body Shop, Inc of Cadillac Collision Repair facility that has been in business for over 50 years opperating in a team enviroment striving for quality. Inspect damaged vehicles to create a comprehensive and accurate repair plan. Able to oversee compliance with technicians, processes including part selection, photo documentation and upload of repair plan. Able to multi task supplements, vehicle arrivals and deliveries Provide customers with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring excellent customer service. Ensure timely uploads of estimates/supplements as required Complete I-Car training annually Manage repair plans according to OEM specifications and company expectations while utilizing Alldata and I-CAR. Attend/collaborate with team during daily production meetings Minimum Qualifications Great Customer Skills 1-2+ years experience in a similar role Proficient in CCC One with a familiarity in Mitchell Estimating Systems Familiarity with various insurance companies I-CAR or ASE Certifications are a plus
