Responsibilities Assess vehicle damage thoroughly and develop effective repair plans using automotive estimating techniques Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, sheet metal fabrication, and structural reinforcement using MIG welding, soldering, and welding repair techniques Utilize hand tools, power tools, sanding tools, and automotive welding equipment to restore vehicle frames and panels accurately Conduct auto painting, automotive cosmetic repair, and refinishing to ensure a flawless finish that meets industry standards Install automotive parts such as auto glass, bumpers, and trim components with precision and care Apply fabrication repair techniques to modify or replace damaged sheet metal or structural components as needed Maintain detailed records of repairs performed and communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding repair progress Skills Proven experience working as an automotive body technician in a dealership or collision center environment Strong knowledge of automotive structural repair, auto restoration, and sheet metal fabrication techniques Skilled in MIG welding, soldering, welding repair, and using automotive welding equipment Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance, parts installation, and auto glass replacement Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, sanding tools, and other automotive repair equipment Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during repairs Join us if you're passionate about automotive repair and eager to refine your skills in a fast-paced environment.
