Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking qualified Grinder Hands, Mill Hands, Tool Grinders and Sharpeners, especially those experienced in grinding broach cutting tools. Miller Broach was founded in Warren, MI in 1989. In 1998, we moved to our current location in Capac, MI. We are located in a rural area located by several other charming villages and towns. Toolmakers with experience working on the following machines are highly desired.

• CNC Surface Grinder
• Manual Surface Grinder
• Cutting Edge Relief Grinders (Back-Off)
• Tool Sharpening Machines Required Qualifications (or the ability to be trained): Strong ability to read blueprints Able to calculate dimension and tolerances using mathematical knowledge and instruments such as calipers, micrometers and indicators.

Ability to hold tight tolerances of 0.001 in, or better.
