Experienced Auto Body Technician Wanted Busy, established body shop is looking for an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our team! We are looking for a dependable, skilled technician who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a professional, quality-focused shop. We have a steady workload and are looking for someone who can produce high-quality repairs while working efficiently. Responsibilities Perform complete collision and auto body repairs. Repair, replace, and align damaged body panels and components. Perform structural and non-structural repairs. Complete dent repair, welding, grinding, sanding, and bodywork. Remove and install body panels, bumpers, doors, hoods, fenders, and trim. Follow repair estimates and manufacturer repair procedures. Inspect completed work to ensure proper fit, finish, and quality. Communicate effectively with estimators, painters, and other shop personnel. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Complete repairs in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Qualifications Previous professional auto body/collision repair experience. Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures. Ability to accurately assess vehicle damage and determine proper repairs. Experience with welding and body repair equipment. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship. Dependable and punctual. Valid driver's license. I-CAR or manufacturer certifications are a plus, but not required.
