Responsibilities:

Work independently and as a team in the paint department doing various repairs on heavy trucks. Will perform welding, body work/repair and panel replacements, prepping for paint, masking, sanding, patching, other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be a hard worker and have a good eye for detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs. with assistance (2-man, forklift, overhead crane)
• Ability to stand 8 hours at a time.
• Must have welding experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing with customers, and co-workers.
• Required 2-year degree in autobody or 2 years experience in a body shop
• Small hand tools are required, a toolbox kit is available on a rent to own basis.
• Steel toed shoes and safety glasses are required

Hours:

Full-time Monday

• Friday 7:00 am
• 3:30 pm.

With opportunities for overtime.

Wage:

$20

• 35 per hour based on experience Must pass a pre-employment drug screen This position reports to the Paint Department Manager.
