Shift Options & Hours:

1st Shift (Lake Crystal): Mon-Thu, 5:45 AM - 4:15 PM + Friday OT

2nd Shift (Mankato): Mon-Thu, 3:00 PM - 2:00 AM + OT as needed

Responsibilities:

Weld and fabricate metal components according to blueprints, schematics, and job specs

Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment safely and efficiently

Inspect finished welds to ensure high-quality standards and precise tolerances

Perform prep work, including cutting, grinding, and positioning materials

Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant workspace

Skills:

2+ years of professional welding or metal fabrication experience

Vocational training or welding certification (AWS or equivalent)

Experience operating overhead cranes, forklifts, or heavy machinery

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Basic understanding of welding processes (MIG, TIG, or Stick) and hand tools
• Ability to read basic blueprints and measuring tapes
• Strong attention to detail, safety-first mindset, and reliable attendance
