What You'll Do Perform high‑quality structural and non‑structural repairs following OEM procedures, shop standards, and safety guidelines. Disassemble and reassemble vehicles accurately , using best practices to organize parts, hardware, and repair needs to support efficient workflow. Diagnose collision damage thoroughly , identifying hidden issues and communicating repair plans with blue printer & estimators. Work seamlessly with estimators, and refinish technicians to ensure smooth repair flow and accurate repair sequencing. Maintain a clean, organized work area and care for shop tools, equipment, and customer vehicles. Deliver consistent, customer‑focused workmanship , ensuring repairs meet Schoonover's quality expectations and brand reputation. Follow all safety protocols , including proper use of PPE, lift operation, welding safety, and hazardous material handling. Demonstrate strong work ethic and teamwork , supporting shop goals, helping teammates, and contributing to a positive culture.
