I'm the owner of a growing one-man auto paint and body shop, and I'm looking for a dependable, hardworking individual who is serious about the trade and wants to be part of building something great. This is not a corporate shop—it's a hands-on environment where your work matters and your effort is appreciated.

Job Responsibilities:
Perform vehicle prep work including sanding, masking, priming, and surface preparation Assist with dent repairs, panel replacement, body filler application, and general bodywork Prepare vehicles for paint and ensure high-quality finishes Use power tools, hand tools, and shop equipment safely and efficiently Help maintain a clean, organized, and productive work environment Assist with vehicle reassembly and other shop duties as neededWhat I'm Looking For:
Experience in auto body repair, vehicle prep, or painting preferred Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Ability to work independently and take pride in quality workmanship Willingness to learn and grow with the business Positive attitude and team-player mentality Must be dependable, motivated, and serious about working This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and wants an opportunity to grow alongside a small shop.
