Our location in Boulder City provides its own sense of community for our employees and clientele, and keeps us bettering ourselves to meet demands. It is our goal to expand our business and provide excellent customer care; and to reach that goal we need a qualified individual with at least three plus years experience in the collision repair industry. We are looking for driven, hard-working, and detail-oriented individuals. Repairs may include, but are not limited to removing damaged grills, fenders, panels and associated parts of vehicles and reassembling parts accordingly. Must have appropriate tools for the industry. Responsibilities Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening. Utilize hand tools and power tools for efficient vehicle repair and restoration. Conduct thorough inspections to assess damage and determine repair needs. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion and maintain high-quality standards. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating repair processes and timelines effectively. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Ability to meet physical demands such as lifting items weighing 50 lbs., relocation parts, etc. Time oriented with ability to meet deadlines. Flexibility with repairs and problem resolution. Communication skills are key. Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, work orders and supplements.
