In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality paint coatings to repaired vehicle surfaces, ensuring a flawless, durable finish that exceeds customer expectations. Responsibilities Prepare vehicle surfaces through sanding, masking, and surface cleaning to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Use conventional spray guns, airless paint sprayers, and automotive buffing tools to apply primers, base coats, clear coats, and touch-up paints with precision Perform surface repairs including dent filling, sanding, and smoothing to create a seamless finish before painting Operate power tools such as grinders and sanders safely while maintaining a clean work area Conduct auto restoration tasks involving automotive surface preparation and detailing to achieve showroom-quality results Apply masking techniques using specialized tape and paper to protect areas not being painted during the spraying process Utilize welding skills when necessary for minor body repairs or panel replacements Follow safety protocols including proper use of respiratory protection and handling of paints and chemicals Skills Proven dealership experience or extensive background in auto body painting and refinishing Strong mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience with hand tools, grinders, sanders, and spray guns Proficiency in auto body repair, auto painting, and automotive surface finishing processes Ability to operate airless paint spraying equipment and power tools efficiently Physical ability for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods during repair tasks Welding skills coupled with mechanic experience are highly desirable for comprehensive vehicle refurbishment Join us if you're passionate about automotive craftsmanship!
