Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Body Shop Estimator & Front Office Manager to oversee daily front office operations while providing accurate vehicle repair estimates. This role is ideal for someone who excels in customer service, insurance coordination, and shop workflow management, and who can serve as the primary point of contact between customers, technicians, and insurance companies. Key Responsibilities Estimating & Insurance Coordination Write accurate and thorough repair estimates using CCC One Communicate with insurance adjusters and negotiate supplements Review repair plans and coordinate with technicians to ensure accuracy and efficiency Ensure compliance with insurance and company repair standards Front Office & Customer Service Greet customers and manage the front desk professionally Explain repair processes, timelines, and costs clearly to customers Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner Schedule repairs and manage vehicle intake and delivery Office & Shop Management Manage workflow to ensure timely repairs and on-time delivery Maintain organized customer files, invoices, and repair documentation Oversee phone calls and emails Support shop management with daily operations and reporting Qualifications Previous experience as an auto body estimator required Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and insurance procedures Experience with estimating software (CCC One) Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills (Not Required) Front office or management experience in a body shop Bilingual (English/Spanish) Experience managing schedules and shop workflow What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Bonus potential Stable, full-time position Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth within the company
