This role involves full-cycle collision estimating in CCC ONE Responsibilities include writing estimates and supplements, negotiating with insurance adjusters (the bulk of the role), and working face-to-face with customers Proactive, self-sufficient ownership of the estimating desk in a hands-on, owner-run shop Work with multiple insurance companies and follow guidelines for each company) As an Auto Body Estimator you will work in a clean safe environment Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
