Join a Growing Certified Repair Facility Autobahn Fleet Service is a certified collision repair facility based in Wapakoneta, Ohio. We are expanding our operations into the Toledo area and looking for experienced Auto Body / Collision Repair Technicians to join our team. This position will focus primarily on collision and body repairs for fleet vehicles, including late-model electric vehicles. We are looking for skilled technicians who take pride in their work, complete quality repairs efficiently, and want to grow with a company specializing in modern vehicle technology. Responsibilities Perform collision and auto body repairs on fleet vehicles Repair or replace damaged body panels and components Complete vehicle disassembly and reassembly Follow manufacturer repair procedures and specifications Inspect vehicles and identify additional repair needs Maintain high standards for repair quality, fit, and finish Work efficiently to keep vehicles moving through the repair process Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all shop and workplace safety procedures Qualifications Five or more years of auto body or collision repair experience preferred Experience with structural repairs, body panels, disassembly, reassembly, and general collision work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable, with a strong work ethic Valid driver's license I-CAR or other collision repair certifications are a plus Electric vehicle repair experience is a plus but is not required for the right candidate Compensation Compensation will be structured according to the technician's experience, qualifications, and preferred pay arrangement.
Available pay options include:
