Position Overview In this role, you will perform mechanical assembly, disassembly, fitting, and fastening of large-scale components and equipment in accordance with technical specifications. Your responsibilities include utilizing specialized tools to connect parts, as well as preparing component surfaces for high-quality paint application.

This position is safety sensitive and may involve the operation of vehicles, operation of equipment, and/or involve work with power tools, or handling of hazardous materials, that could result in injury or damage to person/property/manufacturing process.

Schedule:

Monday through Thursday 5:30 AM - 3:30 PM Responsibilities Assembles/disassemble and fasten / unfasten parts using tools; fit, bolt, weld, cut or otherwise connect components and equipment according to specifications. Assure material integrity by routine inspection by following established procedures and quality processes and specifications Assemble / disassemble small parts requiring precision alignment and small tolerances Prepares weld area appropriately to result in good weld penetration and meets structural integrity criteria Identify defects Maintain their equipment Collaborates with peers to accomplish projects or tasks Participates in group discussions and meetings Perform checks on product and process Performs other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements No minimum requirements Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
