This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our customers throughout the vehicle repair process. Key Responsibilities Assist in receiving parts and transporting them to technicians Assist front office in checking in cars and documenting prior damage with photo support. Work with technicians and front office staff. Assist with detailing and prepping cars for delivery Help to keep the shop area clean and efficient Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus. Previous experience in customer service is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized. Proficiency in using computer windowsbased systems and the ability to learn repair service software. Must be able to work indoors and outdoors and physically clean, prep and inspect vehicles. Interest and knowledge of automotive repair processes is a plus. Must have a Driver's license and an insurable driving record.
