The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto body or industrial prep, masking, and painting in dealership or independent shop environments. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can perform high-quality repairs and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities Sand, prep, and mask vehicles in preparation for painting Execute auto painting and detailing to restore vehicles to their original condition. Collaborate with team members to assess damage and provide accurate auto estimating for repairs. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. Assist with heavy lifting as needed during the repair process. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repair progress and recommendations. Skills Experience with HVLP paint sprayers is required Strong skills in auto body repair, auto painting, detailing, buffing, and auto glass installation. Familiarity with the use of hand tools and power tools specific to the automotive industry. Ability to perform the required physical aspects of the repair process.
