Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Collision Repair Technician to join our team. This role involves repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition using proper OEM procedures and industry best practices. Responsibilities Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs Analyze repair orders and damage reports Disassemble and reassemble vehicles as needed Perform metal repair, panel replacement, and body filler work Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards Work with estimators and team members to complete jobs efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and shop policies Qualifications 2+ years of collision repair experience (preferred) Knowledge of repair procedures, tools, and equipment Ability to perform quality bodywork and panel alignment Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license I-CAR certifications (a plus, but not required) What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience (hourly or flat rate) Consistent workflow Paid holidays and vacation (if applicable) Opportunities for training and advancement Supportive team environment Why Work With Us?
