Job Overview Langway Toyota/Nissan is hiring all positions for our collision center. We are looking for hourly, flat rate, paint and preppers. Join our dynamic Collision Center team and become a vital part of restoring vehicles to their original condition with precision and care! As a Collision Center technician, you will be responsible for performing high-quality auto body repairs, including collision damage assessment, metal fabrication, and refinishing. Responsibilities Diagnose collision damage and develop repair plans that meet safety and quality standards Perform sheet metal work, MIG welding, soldering, and fabrication to restore vehicle structures Use hand tools, power tools, and airless paint sprayers to remove dents, straighten panels, and apply finishes Conduct auto body repairs including auto glass replacement, auto painting, and detailing to ensure a flawless appearance Operate auto estimating software to assess repair costs and communicate effectively with customers about repairs needed Handle heavy lifting tasks safely while maintaining a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with team members on vehicle assembly, disassembly, and reassembly processes for efficient repairs Experience Previous dealership or auto body shop experience highly preferred Skilled in MIG welding, sheet metal fabrication, and auto painting techniques Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and automotive repair procedures Familiarity with auto glass installation, auto estimating software, and auto restoration projects Proficient with hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and airless paint spraying systems Experience in customer service roles within automotive settings is advantageous Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail in all repair tasks Join us in delivering top-tier collision repairs that restore vehicles to their best condition!
