Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive repair and restoration, along with a strong background in auto body work. This role involves repairing, restoring, and maintaining vehicles to ensure they meet safety and aesthetic standards. The Auto Body Technician will work closely with other team members to deliver high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform auto body repairs, including dent removal, frame straightening, and panel replacement Utilize MIG welding techniques for structural repairs and fabrication tasks Conduct vehicle maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance Use hand tools and power tools effectively for various repair tasks Execute auto painting processes, including airless paint spraying and detailing Carry out auto glass replacements as needed Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repair processes and timelines Assist in auto estimating to provide accurate quotes for repair services Engage in heavy lifting as required during the repair process Skills Previous dealership experience is highly desirable Proficient in MIG welding and fabrication techniques Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and components Experience with sheet metal work and soldering techniques Familiarity with auto restoration processes and assembly tasks Competent in using various hand tools and power tools related to auto body repair Knowledge of automotive repair principles, including detailing and auto painting methods Excellent customer service skills to enhance client interactions Ability to perform heavy lifting as necessary during vehicle repairs Join our team of dedicated professionals where your skills will be valued, and your contributions will make a difference in the lives of our customers.
