Job Description
About the Role We are growing and looking for a skilled Auto Body Technician who is experienced and confident working on a frame machine . This is a key hire for our collision/recon team that supports our Buy Here Pay Here dealership. You will primarily work on late-model, low-mileage vehicles from auction purchases (IAA/Copart) and repossessions. Most work is internal — steady volume, predictable workflow, and no heavy retail insurance customer service. What You'll Do Structural and non-structural repairs Frame machine work (pulling, alignment, measuring) Panel replacement, welding, and bodywork Work closely with our painter and detailers to deliver quality, ready-to-sell vehicles quickly Assist in Auto Body What We Offer Consistent 25-30 jobs per month (95% internal dealership work) Paid time off, and performance bonuses Modern equipment and a lean, professional team Stable, family-owned operation with room to grow Requirements 3+ years of professional auto body experience Strong experience operating a frame machine (required) Proven ability to do high-quality structural repairs Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to work independently and as part of a small team Attention to detail and pride in your work
