Job Description
Full-Time | $30-$50/hr | Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM We are a growing collision repair shop looking for an experienced Collision Repair Technician to join our team. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, produces quality repairs, shows up consistently, and wants to build a long-term career with a growing shop. Responsibilities Perform collision repairs according to manufacturer specifications Complete structural and non-structural repairs Disassemble and reassemble vehicles Repair and replace body panels and components Perform proper panel alignment and fitment Identify additional damage and communicate it to management Work closely with estimators, painters and other technicians Follow OEM repair procedures and safety requirements Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Qualifications Collision repair experience preferred Ability to complete repairs independently Strong attention to detail Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work efficiently in a production environment Ability to read and understand repair procedures and estimates Valid driver's license I-CAR and OEM certifications are a plus Structural repair, welding and ADAS experience are a plus What We Offer $30-$50 per hour based on experience and skill level Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM Consistent work Professional work environment Modern equipment Opportunities for advancement as the company grows Paid holidays/vacation Who We're Looking For We're looking for a technician who shows up, works hard, takes pride in their repairs and can be counted on.
