The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage, preparing repair estimates, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs. Responsibilities Evaluate damaged vehicles and determine necessary repairs. Prepare accurate and comprehensive repair estimates for customers. Communicate with customers to explain the repair process and answer any questions. Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate assessments of vehicle conditions. Handle cash transactions related to repairs and services. Maintain records of estimates, repairs, and customer interactions. Provide excellent customer service throughout the repair process. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in auto body repair techniques. Work with customers in opening claims Inspect vehicles to ensure it meets our quality expectations Document Damage accurately record and photograph damage to support estimates. Communicate with insurance adjusters negotiate repair costs and resolve any discrepancies. Follow up with claims and track their progress to ensure we are meeting timely expectations. Order parts needed to complete the repairs Maintain records of estimates and repair orders along with customer interactions Follow and enforce company safety protocols Assign work orders to ensure shop effectiveness

• Experience Previous experience in auto body repair or a related field is preferred. Phenomenal attitude especially with customers Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in vehicle maintenance. Familiarity with service writing and estimating software is a plus. Skills in cash handling and customer service are essential. Knowledge of mechanical repair process and general automotive service is beneficial. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
