PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE POST BEFORE YOU APPLY.
We fix hail-damaged vehicles, and we'll teach you the trade from the ground up. We're looking for someone who shows up, works hard, and wants to learn a real skill. What you'll do:- Take off and put back panels, trim, lights, and headliners (R&I)
- Help our techs with paintless dent repair (PDR) and learn it yourself
- Sand, mask, and prep vehicles
- Keep the shop and your tools clean and organized
- Move customer vehicles in the shop and around town when needed What you need:
- Must be 18 or older
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Must pass a background check and a drug test
- Able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs through a full shift, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Willing to learn and take direction Nice to have:
- Any body shop, PDR, mechanic, or hands-on trade experience
- Your own basic hand tools (we provide what you need)
Pay:
$13.50/hour. Full-time, 30-35 guaranteed hours per week.Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm, with a mandatory 1-hour unpaid lunch at 2pm.NOT a fit if you:
- Can't work Monday-Friday during the day
- Don't have a valid driver's license
- Don't want physical, hands-on work
Pay:
$13.50 per hour Expected hours: 30.0- 35.
