The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or GED (some post-secondary education or training preferred) and one year of experience (preferably in the automotive service industry). He or she has a working knowledge of the automotive industry, an aptitude and interest in automotive repair, strong administrative, computer and organizational skills, and exceptional interpersonal skills. Fluent English speaking and written communication skills, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior, the ability to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles, and a clean driving record are all required for this position.
