Salary Range:

Starting at $25/hr (Flat Rate). Please note that this number may also increase with incentives/bonus pay.

With that being said, please find a list below of some of the roles and responsibilities expected from someone in this position: Competent understanding of repair procedures and vehicle design Follow all safety and technical guidelines Take direction from General Manager and Non-production staff when required Maintain all employees' standards and respect team members and facility/equipment Attend training/certification courses when required On site minimum of 8 hours per workday Ensure parts are not stored in vehicles and put away safely Check parts accuracy before vehicle goes to paint Read work order completely throughout the repair process, and double check at end of repairs Consistently deliver high quality and timely work.
