Job Summary We are seeking an Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a good work ethic, and be a fast learner, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role involves repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Experience not necessary, will train the right person. Responsibilities Perform auto body repairs, including frame straightening, panel replacement, and paint refinishing. Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed for repairs. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently. Fabricate parts as necessary to restore vehicles to their original specifications. Conduct welding operations to repair or replace damaged sections of vehicles. Detail vehicles post-repair to ensure they meet quality standards before delivery to customers. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repair processes and timelines. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Requirements Proven experience in auto body repair or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work. Knowledge of auto restoration techniques is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications in auto body repair are advantageous.
