Job Overview We specialize in preserving and restoring classic cars. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a background in auto body repair, fabrication and restoration, demonstrating expertise in various techniques and tools necessary for high-quality vehicle maintenance. This role involves working on a variety of vintage vehicles, ensuring that our restorations are completed to the highest quality of standards while providing excellent customer service. Company pays 80% of benefit package for health, dental and life insurance. Paid time off is base on an accrual per pay period. We also offer extra earning potential with a quarterly profit based bonus. Responsibilities Perform auto body restorations. Utilize Mig welding and fabrication techniques to restore vehicles to their original condition. Use hand tools, power tools, and paint spraying equipment for various repair tasks. Execute detailing and assembly processes to enhance the appearance of vehicles. Handle auto glass replacement and repairs with precision. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Assist with lifting of vehicle parts and components as required. Skills Proficient in Mig welding, fabrication, sheet metal work and bodywork. Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair and maintenance is a plus. Familiarity with detailing techniques and auto priming and painting processes. Ability to effectively use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment related to auto body work.
