Bucket Truck Operator/Installer

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced bucket truck operator and sign installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation and/or repair of various sign related products, ensuring that all installations/repairs meet quality standards and customer satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, a clean driving record with a valid license, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities Operate bucket truck in a safe and responsible manner, following safety guidelines. Install and repair products according to specifications and company standards. Utilize tools and equipment effectively and safely. Conduct thorough inspections to ensure quality service. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation/repair process and seek expert guidance when needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times. (ie: work truck) Communicate professionally and effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service. Document installation/repair processes and report any discrepancies or concerns to management. Requirements Proven experience in sign installation and/or repair or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in bucket operations, measuring, and use of power tools. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues. Basic electrical systems knowledge, 110V Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be able to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods during installations and repair service. Valid driver's license Must submit to and pass a drug screen/background check.
