Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Delivery and Installation Helper, where your enthusiasm and mechanical aptitude will drive successful deliveries and seamless installations. In this energetic role, you'll assist with the transportation, setup, and troubleshooting of appliances and equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction from start to finish. Your proactive approach will help us deliver top-tier service while gaining valuable hands-on experience in appliance repair, electrical work, plumbing, and equipment maintenance. Duties Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting appliances and equipment using company vehicles and hand tools Support installation processes by following schematics, ladder use, and safety protocols to set up appliances accurately Use power tools and hand tools to perform installation tasks such as connecting electrical wiring, or refrigeration Ensure all installations meet safety standards and manufacturer specifications by following detailed schematics and technical instructions Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients during delivery and setup, addressing questions professionally Support operations , Requirements Prior experience with delivery driving or installation work preferred but will train ; valid driver's license be able to pass background check ,operating company vehicles appliance installation, , and equipment Familiarity with schematics, ladder use, power tools, hand tools, electrical experience, and basic plumbing skills to install a dishwasher Ability to read technical diagrams and follow detailed instructions for installation or repair procedures Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Physical ability to lift heavy items safely and stand for extended periods during deliveries or installations Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering quality service while expanding your skills in appliance installation.
