Experienced 12-Volt Car Audio Installer - 3+ Years Required - No Weekends Are you an experienced automotive 12-volt installer who is tired of working weekends and wants to work somewhere that values your skills and experience? Sound Pro , established in 1978, is looking for an experienced 12-Volt Technician / Installer to join our team.

WHAT WE INSTALL

Car audio systems Radios / head units Speakers, amplifiers & subwoofers Remote starts Vehicle security systems Backup cameras Dash cameras Factory audio integration Truck accessories Bumpers, step bars & other bolt-on accessories Window tint Motorcycle and boat electronics Other automotive aftermarket accessories

THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL POSITION

Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive 12-volt installation experience . We are looking for someone who can step into the position and begin performing professional installations without basic installation training.

YOU MUST HAVE HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE WITH

Automotive 12-volt electrical systems Car stereos / head units Amplifiers and subwoofers Speakers and component systems Backup cameras Running, routing and concealing wiring correctly Removing and reinstalling vehicle panels without damage Factory system integration Diagnosing wiring, electrical, noise and installation problems Troubleshooting your own work Experience with remote starts and security systems is strongly preferred. Experience with boats, motorcycles and truck bolt-on accessories is a plus.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3 years professional automotive 12-volt installation experience Valid driver's license Must be at least 21 years old Professional attitude and appearance Good customer-relations skills Portfolio or photos of previous installation work are helpful

IMPORTANT

Please do not apply if your experience is not specifically in professional automotive 12-volt installation. General electrical work, mechanical experience, home audio, DIY car-audio installation, or an interest in learning the trade does not meet the experience requirement for this position.
