Job Description
Must have your own reliable vehicle (4-door car or SUV works — no special equipment needed) LocalPro Carpet Cleaning is growing and we need motivated people to join our team! This is a sales + service role where your appointments are already booked for you. No cold calling. No door-to-door. Just show up, take care of the customer, and get paid well for it. Zero experience required — we provide full training! Your Day-to-Day Drive to pre-booked customer appointments Clean carpets and upholstery inside customers' homes (comfortable indoor work) Upsell additional cleaning services and deliver a great customer experience Be the face of LocalPro — friendly, professional, and dependable Who We Want Someone reliable who shows up on time, every time A people person — you enjoy talking to customers and making their day Willing to learn (we teach you everything) Must have your own vehicle (car or SUV — nothing fancy required) Can lift about 75 lbs (that's the cleaning equipment) Available Monday through Saturday, 8am to 5pm The Pay Guaranteed weekly pay, commission and tips Your hourly rate adjusts based on your upselling and customer reviews — top performers earn 15-20% of their weekly revenue in commission $0.62/mile vehicle reimbursement on top of your pay Paid every week — no waiting around for payday Sundays always off
