In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality window tinting films to vehicles, enhancing both aesthetics and privacy while ensuring optimal heat rejection and UV protection. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for automotive customization. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop specialized skills in automotive glass and window tinting while contributing to a positive customer experience. Duties Prepare vehicles by cleaning windows thoroughly and ensuring surfaces are free of dirt, dust, and debris before tint application. Measure and cut tinting film accurately using manual glass cutting tools to fit specific vehicle windows. Apply window tint films with precision, ensuring smooth, bubble-free finishes that meet quality standards. Use power tools safely during installation processes, including trimming and fitting glass components. Assist with automotive glass replacement and repair tasks, including handling heavy glass materials with care. Operate company vehicles responsibly for transportation of tools, materials, and vehicles needing tinting or glass work. Perform vehicle detailing and minor auto body repairs as needed to maintain vehicle appearance and functionality. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols related to power tool use and glass handling. Provide excellent customer service by explaining tint options, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction with completed work. Qualifications 3+ years
