Job Description

Overview Looking for an experienced window tinter who knows how to install ceramic tint on all types of vehicles. We have a shop located in Odessa and are looking to start offering tint soon so we need someone who knows how to tint every part of the car from start to finish. Responsibilities Perform high-quality window tinting on a variety of vehicle makes and models, ensuring a flawless finish with attention to detail. Handle automotive glass materials safely, including cutting, fitting, and installing auto glass components such as windshields, side windows, and rear glass. Conduct automotive glass repair and replacement procedures using manual cutting tools, power tools, and specialized fitting techniques. Operate company vehicles responsibly for on-site or off-site service appointments while adhering to safety protocols. Assist with auto body repair tasks when necessary, including minor mechanical adjustments or detailing to ensure vehicle presentation meets standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace; handle glass materials with care during installation or removal processes. Provide excellent customer service by explaining services clearly, addressing questions professionally, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. Skills Proven experience in dealership environments or automotive service centers is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of automotive glass repair, replacement, and fitting techniques. Skilled in manual glass cutting, handling glass materials safely, and using power tools with proper safety precautions. Familiarity with ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) calibration related to windshield replacements is a plus. Mechanical knowledge combined with experience in auto body repair enhances your ability to perform comprehensive vehicle enhancements. Ability to lift heavy glass panels safely and perform heavy lifting tasks efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with clear communication and professional demeanor. Pay:
