In this role, you will be responsible for expertly installing, replacing, and repairing windshields and other automotive glass components with precision and care. Responsibilities Remove damaged or broken windshields using manual glass cutting techniques and appropriate hand tools, ensuring clean and precise cuts. Handle automotive glass materials safely, including proper storage, transportation, and disposal of broken or unused materials. Utilize power tools safely during installation processes such as fitting glass components and performing minor vehicle repairs. Conduct ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration after windshield replacement to ensure vehicle safety features function correctly. Perform auto body repair tasks related to glass installation, including minor dent removal or vehicle surface preparation as needed. Operate company vehicles responsibly for transporting vehicles or equipment between locations while maintaining compliance with all safety standards. Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as basic mechanical checks, fluid top-offs, and light repairs when required.
