Job Description
Automotive Window Tint Installer - Experienced Tint Starz is looking for experienced automotive window tint installers to join our team in Elk Grove Village, IL. We are looking for reliable installers who can work independently and consistently produce clean, professional installations.
Responsibilities:
- Install automotive window tint on a variety of vehicles
- Complete full vehicles, front windows, windshields, and rear glass
- Properly shrink and install film
- Prep vehicles before installation
- Maintain clean, professional-quality work
- Keep installation area clean and organized
Requirements:
- Previous automotive window tinting experience
REQUIRED
- Must be able to complete vehicles independently
- Must be experienced with windshields and rear glass
- Hand-cutting and/or plotter experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
Schedule:
Shop hours are 9 AM-6 PM. Hours vary based on scheduled appointments and workload. We currently maintain a steady flow of tint appointments.Compensation:
- Commission / production-based pay
- Estimated earning potential: $600-$1,500+ per week depending on workload, experience, speed, and quality
- Compensation is based on completed installations; weekly earnings are not guaranteed We provide the shop, customers, tint film, and scheduled jobs.
