Our Concord-based team is looking for a skilled Auto Glass Technician to provide high-quality repairs and replacements for our local community. If you're an industry veteran, we want to hear from you. We are seeking a skilled Auto Glass Technician to join our dynamic team. This role involves the installation, repair, and maintenance of auto glass in various vehicles. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for delivering high-quality service. You will work closely with customers to ensure their needs are met while adhering to safety standards and company policies.
What You'll Do:
Full Replacements:
Remove damaged glass and expertly install new windshields, side glass, and rear windows using industry-standard adhesives.
Precision Repairs:
Assess and stabilize chips and cracks to prevent further damage.
Advanced Technology:
Calibrate ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) sensors and cameras after installation to ensure vehicle safety.
Customer Service:
Provide professional and timely communication. Explain the repair process clearly to our customers.
Quality Control:
Conduct pre and post work inspections to verify a secure, weatherproof fit.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
3+ years in auto glass is required.
License:
A valid North Carolina driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to lift heavy glass (up to 50-75 lbs) and work in various weather conditions. Attention to
Detail:
A "get it right the first time" mindset to maintain the highest safety standards. Ability to
Work Independently:
