About the Role LabShine is a growing mobile auto detailing company serving Houston's top neighborhoods. We're looking for a skilled window tinter to join our team and deliver clean, precise installs directly at customer locations. We provide the fully equipped van — all you need to bring is your skill and your work ethic. What You'll Do Install window tint on all vehicle types with clean, bubble-free results every time Prep surfaces, remove old film, and handle the job start to finish Inspect vehicles before tinting and flag any glass issues upfront Communicate with customers on-site and help them choose the right film Assist with mobile detailing services alongside tint work Keep the van, tools, and workspace clean and organized What We're Looking For Window tinting experience is required — you must know your craft before day one Detailing experience is a strong plus — if you don't have it, we'll train you Professional, reliable, and great with customers Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail Clean driving record (you'll be operating our company van) What We Provide Fully equipped company van — no vehicle needed Flexible schedule Training on detailing services if needed Growing client base across Houston's premium market Competitive pay based on experience
