Responsibilities Precisely install window tinting films on vehicle windows, ensuring clean, bubble-free finishes that adhere securely. Apply paint protection film (PPF) to vehicle surfaces, safeguarding against scratches, chips, and environmental damage. Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during installation processes. Assist with auto glass installation and repair tasks, including replacing or repairing damaged glass components. Conduct vehicle inspections to identify areas requiring tinting or PPF application, ensuring compatibility with vehicle specifications. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, preparing vehicles by removing trims or panels as needed for proper application. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards. Qualifications Previous dealership or automotive service experience is highly preferred. Familiarity with window tinting techniques and PPF application processes. Basic mechanical knowledge related to auto glass, auto body repair, and vehicle maintenance. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment required for automotive modifications. Knowledge of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) integration is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly.
