Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Window Tinter with at least 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive, residential, and commercial installations, with a specific focus on commercial and flat glass tinting . Experience with security film is highly valued. In this role, you will work on a variety of vehicles and buildings, delivering high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. You will be required to travel to job sites, so you must have a valid Texas Driver License and reliable transportation.

Duties Precision Installation Tint diverse vehicle types to the highest standards of precision and quality. Technical Mastery & Safety Troubleshoot complex tint issues by applying practical mechanical knowledge. Operate shop tools safely , including hand tools, power tools, and specialty equipment. Handle heavy lifting of film rolls, glass, and shop equipment routinely. Quality & Teamwork Run rigorous quality inspections before and after every single installation. Partner with team members to complete large-scale or multi-installer projects. Organize the workspace daily while strictly adhering to all safety protocols. Apply flat glass films to commercial and residential buildings. Install specialized security film and Dow 995 structural sealant. Requirements Extensive experience with all types of vehicles. windshields and roofs. Must possess ability to hand cut and cut with a Graphtec Plotter Experience with security film is preferred but not mandatory. Experience with residential and commercial buildings is mandatory. Proven experience in window tinting. Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and performing assembly tasks. Ability to lift heavy objects safely and efficiently. Must have a valid Texas Driver License and reliable transportation. A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
