WE'RE HIRING - SEASONED VEHICLE WRAP INSTALLER

Competitive Pay - Based on Experience Illusions Wraps is looking for an experienced, professional vehicle wrap installer to join our team.

THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL POSITION. WE ARE NOT TRAINING FOR THIS POSITION.

We don't just wrap cars and vans. We wrap some of the biggest trucks on the road - tow trucks, wreckers, rollbacks, heavy-duty trucks, commercial fleets and specialty vehicles. We need an installer who is comfortable taking on large, challenging projects and knows how to work safely and efficiently around big equipment. We need someone who can walk into the shop and handle a wrap from teardown to final reassembly without needing to be taught the basics.

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO

Install full vehicle wraps, commercial fleets, partial wraps and lettering Confidently wrap large trucks, tow trucks, wreckers, rollbacks and specialty vehicles Properly prep vehicles for installation Tear down and reassemble vehicles confidently Remove and reinstall mirrors, door handles, lights, trim, bumpers, emblems, panels and other components Know your way around tools and be comfortable wrenching on vehicles Keep track of hardware, clips and parts during teardown Reassemble vehicles correctly without damaged or missing parts Handle bumpers, mirrors, deep recesses, compound curves and difficult areas Properly plan seams and overlaps Post-heat and finish installations correctly Troubleshoot installation challenges independently Work efficiently without sacrificing quality

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We want someone with real professional wrap installation experience who takes pride in clean, high-quality work. You need to be dependable, detail-oriented, mechanically capable and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.

HANDS-ON WRAP INTERVIEW

Be prepared to show us what you can do. Qualified applicants will be asked to complete a hands-on wrap interview at our shop. We want to see your installation technique, speed, attention to detail, finishing skills and how you approach challenging areas. We're not looking for someone who can tell us they can wrap - we're looking for someone who can show us.

REQUIREMENTS

Professional vehicle wrap installation experience Strong teardown and reassembly skills Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Photos/examples of previous wrap installations Willing to complete a hands-on wrap interview Professional references preferred 3M certification or similar professional training is a plus

COMPENSATION

Competitive pay based on experience and skill level. If you have the experience and can prove what you can do, we're willing to pay accordingly.
