We're seeking a reliable, skilled Fleet Mechanic who can also perform general home maintenance tasks across residential properties. You'll service trucks, trailers, small engines, while also handling repairs, upkeep, and improvements around the home. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair fleet vehicles, trailers, and small equipment Perform routine maintenance: oil changes, brakes, tires, electrical, hydraulics Maintain service logs and ensure all equipment is safe and operational General home maintenance: patching drywall, painting, minor plumbing, light electrical Seasonal tasks: snow removal equipment prep, yard/grounds upkeep Coordinate repairs, source parts, and manage small projects independently Ensure work areas and tools are clean, organized, and safe Required Skills & Experience 3+ years experience as a mechanic (fleet, diesel, automotive, or equipment) Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability Ability to perform general home repairs confidently Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and safety procedures Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions Preferred Qualifications Experience with trailers, utility equipment, and small engines HVAC, electrical, or plumbing knowledge Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
