We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Recon Technician with experience servicing a variety of vehicle makes/models, including diesels. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our team, contributing to the efficient operation of our reconditioning department while upholding our commitment to delivering world-class customer service.

Responsibilities:

Perform thorough inspections and assessments of vehicles to identify necessary repairs or maintenance tasks. Execute repair and maintenance tasks efficiently and accurately, following established procedures and guidelines. Complete vehicle reconditioning tasks, including detailing, cosmetic repairs, and refurbishment. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards. Communicate effectively with team members and customers, providing updates on service progress and addressing any concerns or questions.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED equivalent. Proven experience servicing various vehicle makes/models, including diesel engines. Valid and unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong technical performance record, with proficiency in diagnosing and repairing automotive issues. Excellent physical dexterity and stamina to perform tasks efficiently. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility. Positive attitude, professional appearance, and exceptional communication skills.
