Job Description
Town & Country Ford Bessemer is looking for an experienced, motivated Service Advisor to join our growing team. We are an established Ford dealership committed to providing an exceptional customer experience while creating a positive, team-oriented environment for our employees. If you have automotive service experience, enjoy working with people, and take pride in helping customers understand and maintain their vehicles, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming experience Accurately write up customer concerns and repair orders Communicate vehicle inspection results and recommended maintenance or repairs Recommend services based on manufacturer guidelines, vehicle needs, and technician findings Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the repair process Provide accurate estimates and explain services clearly Review completed repairs with customers and explain work performed Prepare and close customer invoices Maintain accurate records and perform general administrative duties Work closely with technicians, parts personnel, and management to ensure an efficient customer experience Follow dealership and manufacturer policies and procedures Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Automotive service knowledge and a genuine interest in the automotive business Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with customers Strong organizational and follow-up skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Previous dealership service advisor experience is preferred CDK experience or experience with a similar dealership management system is a plus Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required Valid driver's license
