We are seeking a skilled, dependable Mechanic to join our team. This position is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on a wide variety of equipment, ranging from small engine to Class 8 trucks.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and diesel engine issues. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on construction equipment, trailers, pickups, and Class 8 trucks. Conduct preventative maintenance inspections to minimize downtime. Troubleshoot engine, brake, suspension, steering, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Maintain accurate service records and complete work orders. Ensure all repairs meet company safety standards and manufacturer specifications. Keep the shop clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations. Respond to equipment breakdowns in the field as needed.

Qualifications:

Experience working on heavy equipment, diesel engines, and commercial trucks preferred. Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. Ability to diagnose and repair equipment efficiently. Experience with welding and fabrication is a plus. Valid driver's license required Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
