Position Summary:

We're looking for a skilled, dependable Master Automotive Technician to join our team. We are a customer-focused independent repair shop known for honest work and quality service. In this role, you'll handle everything from basic maintenance to advanced diagnostics while helping us deliver a great experience to every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles. Communicate clearly with the service advisor about repair needs, timelines, and any additional findings. Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail on every job. Keep work area clean, organized, and safe; follow all shop procedures and safety practices. Recommend services based on vehicle condition and manufacturer maintenance schedules. Stay current on repair methods, tools, and technologies. Contribute to a positive team environment and help maintain shop efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of hands-on experience as a technician (independent shop experience preferred) Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills across multiple systems and vehicle types Familiarity with scan tools and shop equipment Reliable, self-motivated, and focused on doing the job right the first time Valid driver's license with clean driving record ASE certification(s) preferred or willingness to earn them Why Should You Come Work for Us?
