What You'll Do:

Greet customers and identify their vehicle's repair and maintenance needs Recommend appropriate vehicle repairs and maintenance Communicate vehicle's service costs and timelines Write accurate service orders and cost estimates Coordinate service with technicians and keep customers updated Review completed repairs with customers and ensure a great delivery experience Build lasting customer relationships and encourage repeat business Work as a team to meet department goals and provide exceptional customer service
