Job Description
Baxter County Road & Bridge is seeking a full-time mechanic! Job Summary Baxter County Road & Bridge Department is seeking a full time mechanic to join our team! The qualified applicant will be responsible for repairing and maintaining county vehicles and equipment and should be able to perform troubleshooting both with and without technical assistance. Also must be able to operate a dump truck or a 4x4 pickup with a snowplow at all times/days during inclement weather. The normal work week is Monday through Thursday 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, with additional hours during road and snow emergencies needing 24/7 availability. This is a full-time position with 100% County paid employee health, dental, vision and life insurance, paid time off for sick, personal and vacation and more.
